Bidding Rules
The online auction bidding process for CONCORA items will be
posted to the web site shortly. Bidding on all items will
close Monday February 28, 2005 at 5:00 PM.
Persons wishing to bid on items online may do so by calling
CONCORA directly or by entering the dollar amount of your choice
and filling out the bid form in its entirety when it becomes
available online.
These items have a minimum "bid" and "raise" amount
of five dollars. Online bids are disqualified if the minimum
bid or raise is not sufficient. Please note, a bid constitutes
a legal contract to buy.
A starting bid is the lowest price at which an item will
be sold. If the bidding does not meet or exceed this dollar amount
then there is no sale.
Online and offline bidders whose bid stands at the close of
the silent auction will be notified of their winning bid by telephone
and/or email address on Tuesday February 29, 2005. It is the
responsibility of the successful bidder to make payment in full.
Payment may be made by cash or credit card. The auction purchase
may be picked up immediately at CONCORA following the close of
the auction. Alternatively, the item may be shipped via UPS.
Shipping and packaging costs will be added to the winning amount
bid.
How to Check Your Bid
For identification purposes, your bidding ID will be the first
initial of your first and last name plus the
last 4 digits of your telephone number. You can check the status
of your bid on this page of this web site. Bid changes will
be posted daily or when a higher bid has been received.
